The project has a luxury classic style defined by the frames and cornices found in the elevation. The repetition of the same style of the windows with bac a fleur in front emphasizes this classic design. This villa is signified by its huge 3-level arched entrance that is embodied between two main big pillars, standing on a dark marble podium. Only one material is used in the façade, which is the beige paint, to demonstrate the house as a one mass.
